UK delivery

We send UK orders using a tracked Royal Mail service, so you can follow your order right through to delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.95
Our standard delivery option.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.95
A faster tracked option for when you need your gift wrap sooner.

Free UK Standard Delivery on orders of £50 or more
Orders qualifying for free delivery are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are usually dispatched the next working day. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday are usually dispatched on Monday.

Delivery times are from dispatch and are Royal Mail delivery targets rather than guaranteed delivery times.

 

International delivery

Delivery options and costs for Europe and the rest of the world are shown at checkout, based on the destination and available carrier services.

 

Returns

We hope you love your Eazywrap, but if you change your mind about an online purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

The cost of returning a change-of-mind order is the customer’s responsibility. Please return items in their original condition. We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced.

Once your return has been received, we will arrange any refund due in accordance with your statutory rights. For eligible cancellations, this includes the cost of our standard delivery service where a delivery charge was originally paid.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.
