These Terms of Service apply when you use the Eazywraps website or purchase products from us. Throughout these terms, “Eazywraps”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eazywraps.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our products

Eazywraps creates reusable fabric gift wrapping and related accessories.

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and some fabrics may have natural variations in colour, weave or texture.

Many of our fabrics are surplus, deadstock, repurposed or available only in limited quantities. This means designs may sell out and may not be available again.

Any variation that is characteristic of the fabric will not affect your statutory right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

The price displayed when you place your order is the price you will be charged, together with any applicable delivery charges shown at checkout.

We try to ensure that all prices and product information are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error after you place an order, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

Orders and availability

Placing an order does not guarantee that an item is available.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, or if we are unable to fulfil your order for another reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If we cannot fulfil an item you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid for that item.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure or lack of stock. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, we will refund it.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Your payment information is processed securely by the payment providers available through our Shopify store. Eazywraps does not store your full payment-card details.

Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Occasionally delays can occur outside our reasonable control.

Please make sure the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and accurate.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel an online order, return an item and receive a refund are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage, as explained in that policy.

Different rules apply where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Return and Refund Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Products supplied by Eazywraps must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by UK consumer law.

If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.

We do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Website information

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. Occasionally information may contain errors or become temporarily out of date.

We may update product descriptions, prices, availability, website content or these Terms of Service when reasonably necessary.

Changes to these terms will apply from the date they are published and will not retrospectively remove rights you already have in relation to an existing order.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Eazywraps name, branding, website text, photographs, graphics and other original content on this website belong to Eazywraps or are used with permission.

You may view and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit our original content without permission.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and protected when you visit our website or place an order.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for functions including payments, delivery, analytics and other website services.

Where you use a third-party service, that provider may also have its own terms and privacy practices.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaching these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was made.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
