Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your Eazywraps. If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will confirm the return address when you contact us.
Please take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. You may inspect and handle them as you would in a shop, but we may make a deduction from your refund if their value has been reduced by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
Change-of-mind returns
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage to us.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been completed.
Once we receive your returned goods, we will refund the price paid for the returned items.
Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of the standard delivery option paid on the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above our standard delivery charge.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have sent them back if that is earlier.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.
Your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from our change-of-mind returns policy.
Where a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item to us.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
