Sequin Blooms turns the wrapping into part of the celebration, combining richly textured raw silk with flashes of gold and colour.
The red raw silk has a naturally textured grain, close weave and slight sheen. Firm and structured, it holds folds and tied ends in a beautifully defined, sculpted shape.
A multicoloured flower-and-leaf design is printed across the silk, enhanced with raised gold-coloured thread that feels firm to the touch and creates a striking tactile contrast against the fabric. Gold-coloured sequins catch the light as the wrap moves, adding small flashes of sparkle without overwhelming the pattern.
The fabric was rescued as surplus from a closing London fabric shop and transformed into an Eazywrap in London, finished with contrasting black overlocked edges.
